Roles and permissions

Approvals and an audit log
Require a teammate's approval before a guide reaches customers, and see every publish, permission change and deletion in the audit log.
SAML single sign-on and SCIM
Sign in through Okta, Entra ID, OneLogin or any SAML 2.0 provider, require it, map groups to roles, and provision and deprovision members with SCIM. Only owners can change it.
Data subject requests
Export everything stored about one end user as a ZIP or JSON, or erase people one at a time or from a list, with every request in the audit log.

Guidely sees the traits you pass to identify. Sensitive-looking keys are dropped automatically.
Replays masked by default
What people type is never recorded. Mask or block any element with one attribute; recordings are encrypted in S3.
Capture on your terms
Nothing is collected before consent. Switch replay, heatmaps, autocapture or error tracking off per project.
Retention you set
Choose how long events and recordings are kept per project. Expired data is deleted automatically.
Sign-in your way
Password, Google or GitHub per workspace, required two-step verification, and automatic joining for your GitHub organization or Google Workspace domain.

Your page never breaks
The install snippet answers every call even if our script can't load, and the SDK catches its own errors instead of throwing them into your code.
Guides keep running
Guides, checklists, the help center and feature flags run from the last configuration the browser saw, and the script itself is served from a CDN cache.
Nothing gets lost
Events, survey answers and checklist progress wait in the browser, across page loads, and are delivered once we're back. Duplicates are dropped on arrival.
No pile-up when we recover
The SDK backs off while we're unreachable, honours Retry-After, and resumes as soon as a request gets through.
